ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $75.00 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 7 business days. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 8th day AFTER your order. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. 

 

Lost Packages

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once the tracking has stated that the package has been delivered. All packages purchased with USPS shipping label are priority mail and will have a tracking number included with your shipping notification.

 

Wrong Address

We are NOT responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure you put in your correct address at checkout. If the item is sent back to us, you will need to pay for shipping before we send the package back to you. If you notice that you put in the wrong address at checkout, please email sales@shopsophiaeve.com ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we can have your address changed in time, so please make sure you enter the correct mailing address before completing your purchase.
